We deliver facilities through our proprietary Design, Manufacture, Construct (DMC) methodology-a bold alternative to the outdated, siloed methods of the traditional Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Apprentice Plumber to execute plumbing installations on jobsites nationwide. This role requires hands-on expertise, integrity, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.This is a traveling role, requiring frequent travel to job sites across different locations. Per diem payments and travel accommodations will be provided.Role ExpectationsDevelop a strong foundation in plumbing systems, components, and installation techniquesWork closely with experienced plumbing team members to learn best practices and industry standardsFollow Creature's systems and processes to ensure high-quality work and safety complianceAssist in the installation of plumbing under supervisionTravel regularly to various job sites as needed, often working in different cities or statesParticipate in training programs and actively seek opportunities to expand knowledge and skillsMaintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring all tools and materials are properly handledDemonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to take on new challengesCommunicate effectively with team members, project managers, and supervisorsQualificationsStrong interest in learning the plumbing trade and a desire to advance within the industryAbility to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environmentWillingness to go through additional training and certification programs as requiredBasic understanding of hand tools and construction techniques is a plusPhysically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and working in various environmentsComfortable with extensive travel and working away from home for extended periodsA positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to professional growthReliable transportation and a valid driver's license to travel to job sites as neededThis role offers the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while working on exciting projects that make a difference.
