We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about problem-solving and goal achievement.Responsibilities+ Manage procurement, purchasing, and supply chain coordination.+ Track project financials and support budget adherence.+ Coordinate logistics and vendor communication to ensure timely material delivery.+ Assist with RFIs, submittals, and schedule tracking using tools like P6 or MS Project.+ Interpret shop drawings and support construction sequencing.+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.+ Support project managers and field teams with technical documentation and reporting.Essential Skills+ Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience.+ 4+ years of experience in construction or manufacturing environments.+ Proficiency in Navisworks, Bluebeam, Excel, and scheduling tools (P6 or MS Project).+ Strong understanding of construction processes, including steel, heavy equipment, and general sequencing.+ Experience with purchasing coordination and material logistics.Additional Skills & Qualifications+ Experience working with a major mechanical subcontractor, primarily with HVAC systems.+ Familiarity with financial oversight on projects including budgeting, estimating, approving change orders, and cost tracking.+ Accountability and teachability: Takes ownership, communicates proactively, and learns quickly.+ Technical proficiency: Solid foundation in construction principles and tools.+ Process-oriented: Thinks in systems and dependencies; enjoys solving coordination challenges.+ Adaptability and resilience: Thrives in fast-paced environments and remains calm under pressure.+ Efficiency-focused: Values progress and clarity over perfectionism.+ Curiosity and innovation: Passionate about improving construction methods and workflows.Work EnvironmentWork will be conducted at various project sites in Eastern WA, potentially including locations such as Umatilla, Quincy, and Boardman.
