This contract position offers the opportunity to work directly in schools with a focus on evaluations, behavioral support, and consultation services to enhance student success and well-being.Location: Cypress, TXJob Type: Contract (School Year)Schedule: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week | ASAP Start 6/4/2026Requirement: Active Texas LSSP or Psychologist license (submission of license screenshot required)Experience: Previous school-based experience mandatory; no VOCO candidates considered Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students Provide behavior intervention support and develop individualized strategies Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to address student needs Consult on behavioral, emotional, and educational challenges within the school setting Maintain compliance with state and district policies and documentation requirements Desired Qualifications:Valid and active Texas LSSP or Psychologist license Demonstrated experience working with diverse K-12 student populations Previous school psychology practice within public school settings Familiarity with supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and behavioral challenges Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration Benefits:While this is a contract assignment, it provides valuable hands-on school-based experience in a supportive educational environment with an established school district.
