Job Summary:The Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Instrument Reverse Logistics Specialist will provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support to enhance the customer experience in reverse logistics, trade-in/buyback management, and return coordination. This role involves managing the complete customer return logistics process - from order initiation to de-installation - by collaborating across multiple departments and maintaining strong communication with customers. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational and customer service skills, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) trade-in/buyback (TIBB) and rental activities across various internal teams including Sales, Customer Support, Field Repair Centers, Logistics, and Order Management. Manage and oversee trade-in and rental returns processes in collaboration with the Customer Operations Center (COpC), CPO Business Development Engineers, and Sales teams. Act as the main liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve logistics issues and ensure smooth product returns and shipments. Support process development and continuous improvement initiatives for CPO-related operational functions. Identify, evaluate, and follow up on new business opportunities to expand the TIBB and Rental business. Ensure adherence to Client's policies and procedures while maintaining a strong customer focus. Required Skills:Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-cultural teams. Proficiency in English (required). Experience in scheduling, logistics, and service coordination preferred. Ability to handle complex business models and maintain accuracy under pressure. Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent combination of education and business experience) in business administration, logistics, or a related field.Experience:Experience managing business processes and customer-facing operations.Familiarity with Client's products preferred.Demonstrated expertise in SAP ECC and SAP CRM.Knowledge of Client's quoting, order entry, and fulfillment processes is highly desirable.
