Job Summary:

The Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Instrument Reverse Logistics Specialist will provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support to enhance the customer experience in reverse logistics, trade-in/buyback management, and return coordination. This role involves managing the complete customer return logistics process — from order initiation to de-installation — by collaborating across multiple departments and maintaining strong communication with customers. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational and customer service skills, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) trade-in/buyback (TIBB) and rental activities across various internal teams including Sales, Customer Support, Field Repair Centers, Logistics, and Order Management.
  • Manage and oversee trade-in and rental returns processes in collaboration with the Customer Operations Center (COpC), CPO Business Development Engineers, and Sales teams.
  • Act as the main liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve logistics issues and ensure smooth product returns and shipments.
  • Support process development and continuous improvement initiatives for CPO-related operational functions.
  • Identify, evaluate, and follow up on new business opportunities to expand the TIBB and Rental business.
  • Ensure adherence to Client’s policies and procedures while maintaining a strong customer focus.
Required Skills:
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-cultural teams.
  • Proficiency in English (required).
  • Experience in scheduling, logistics, and service coordination preferred.
  • Ability to handle complex business models and maintain accuracy under pressure.


Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and business experience) in business administration, logistics, or a related field.

Experience:

Experience managing business processes and customer-facing operations.

Familiarity with Client's products preferred.

Demonstrated expertise in SAP ECC and SAP CRM.

Knowledge of Client’s quoting, order entry, and fulfillment processes is highly desirable.
