Traveling Data Center Licensed Journeyman Electrician

Kidwell is seeking a highly-motivated individual to fill the role of Mission Critical (Data Center) Journeymen Electrician open to traveling nationally. This individual must be team oriented and possess the qualities of positivity, honesty, and attention to detail. Candidates also need great organizational skills and must be quality communicators. As a Journeyman Electrician, you will not only train apprentices, but will represent Kidwell on the jobsites and in front of customers and trade partners.Current State Journeyman license is required. We are relentless and see work ethic and accountability as the baseline in the pursuit of excellence.What You'll Do:Work with the project/area/package Foreman to coordinate, plan, and complete job requirementsSupervise and train apprentices on your project/area/packageEffectively prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects/areas/packagesWork effectively with the general contractor, trade partners and other contractors on-site to maintain project timelinesInstall and repair electrical systems and equipment within the scope of the jobCreate and maintain a safe work environment, meeting or exceeding OSHA regulations and project safety requirementsEarn competitive wages and overtime and must be able to work multiple Saturdays and possible Sundays.Do You Have What It Takes?State Journeyman's license is requiredLooking for individuals willing to travel but compensated with competitive per diemExperienced in Mission Critical (Data Center) work or commercial industrial electrical work preferred.Excellent problem solving, communication, and organizational skills are requiredMust possess good leadership and people skillsMinimum of 4 years of field experience is preferredApplicants looking to grow and advance their career in the electrical trade will be strong candidatesKidwell offers competitive benefits including health insurance, dental & vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401K, paternity/maternity leave, and paid vacation and sick leave- Along with several employee perks including company-sponsored social events, wellness program, training, and tuition reimbursement.
