Working as part of our Operational Care Centers, you'll oversee the full shipment lifecycle-from booking with trusted partners and KN gateways to generating documentation and monitoring progress every step of the way. You'll play a key role in meeting customer transit time requirements, handling any deviations that arise, and ensuring all activities align with industry regulations and KN standards. Collaboration is central to this role, as you'll work closely with Customer Care Specialists to meet specific client needs, including carrier selection, routing, and timing. You'll also be responsible for securing competitive rates and capacity with qualified carriers and partners.
