RuffleButts has been a Summit Park holding since 2020.What Were Looking ForWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Global Logistics Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. In this entry-level role, you will support the coordination and execution of international and domestic shipments, ensuring goods move efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with all regulations. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to start a career in logistics and gain hands-on experience in global supply chain operations.To Summarize, You WillSupport documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customs and trade regulationsTrack shipments and update internal systems with delivery status and any delaysCommunicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and vendors to ensure on-time deliveryHelp resolve logistics issues and escalate problems when necessaryMonitor and maintain records related to shipments, invoices, and compliance documentsPartner with internal teams (Warehouse, Customer Service, Merchandising, etc.) to support smooth logistics operationsIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencyAssist with coordinating import and export shipments, including air, ocean, and ground transportationRequirements:Bachelors degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)02 years of logistics, supply chain, or related experience (internships welcome)Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detailEffective communicator, both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ERP or logistics systems a plusAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesInterest in learning about global trade, compliance, and transportationWhat's in it for YouFor the right candidate we are willing to offer competitive base compensation, paid vacation / holidays, health and dental benefits, 401k + match, casual work environment and the potential for rapid growth / responsibility within our company.PI4b1d754f331c-29952-38505157 #True
