Accounts Payable Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Accounts Payable Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $85,000 to $103,000 per year.Job Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the accounts payable department and staff in the organization. Oversee and ensure completion of all AP team duties including data entry, validation, and processing of company invoices at both community and corporate levels. Standardize procedures to generate efficiency in-house and maintain internal processes to ensure successful completion of all AP duties. Ensure that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness. Ensure that the accounts payable and the company's financial obligations are met efficiently. Requirements: Be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills. Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Communicate effectively with professionals at all levels. Work independently and take initiative. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Accounting (preferred). 5+ years of accounting experience. Possess strong Excel skills. Have experience with Yardi accounting system (a plus).
