DriverTWO MEN AND A TRUCK is hiring drivers (no CDL required).What We OfferMust be 21 years or older for insurancePossess a valid Drivers' License and good driving record, NO CDL requiredStarting pay: $20.00/hour plus tips.Opportunities to earn additional pay through optional interstate moves or overtime hours.Pay raise within first year if performance metrics are met.Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance available.401k and paid time off available.Weekly pay.Shift Information: Full-time and part-time schedules available Monday through Saturday.All employees are trained in safe lifting and moving techniques.Opportunities for career growth and advancement.If you do not currently have a commercial driver's license, you will be trained to drive a commercial vehicle and will be supported in getting your Class C license.What You'll DoGreet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises.Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customers' belongings.Working with a team of movers, load and unload moving truck.Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.Safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck.What We're Looking ForMust be at least 21 years of age due to insurance restrictions.Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.Stamina to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc.Strong problem-solving ability.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse helpful.Here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, our core purpose is to move people forward, both personally and professionally.
