Truck to customer locations LIFTING & LOADING: remove unwanted items from our customer's property into our truck CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provide the ultimate customer experience, always resulting in a smile. SALES & NEGOTIATION: Assess and quote customers on the removal of their unwanted items (We provide in-depth training) and pricing sheets the customer can view to easily understand our rate. RECYCLING & DONATION: Did you know that 1-800-GOT-JUNK? aims to be as environmentally responsible as possible, while being sure to follow local regulations. We do our best to keep items out of landfills by donating the donateables and recycling the recyclables as much as we can.
