This role also provides hands-on electrical instruction and mentorship to junior assemblers.Key Responsibilities-Assembly & Service-Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine material requirements and assembly sequences.-Build control cabinets, wire devices, and assemble parts to create final products.-Measure, repair, rework, and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic systems to meet operational specifications.-Test electromechanical components and verify part dimensions and clearances.-Support production goals by ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.Process & Quality Improvement-Act as a departmental process expert, providing guidance and training.-Lead and participate in continuous improvement efforts based on audits, feedback, and performance metrics.-Develop and maintain procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Safety-Follow and enforce all safety policies and proper use of personal protective equipment.-Maintain a safe and organized work environment.Other Duties-Perform additional tasks as assigned.-Rotate to other positions as needed to meet business demands.Pay range $30-34 per hour. Schedule is Mon-Thurs - 6:00AM - 4:30PM.Join our team and help deliver innovative surface finishing solutions to industries across North America and beyond.Qualifications-High school diploma or equivalent.-4-8 years of related experience.-Strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, tools, and methods.-Working knowledge of mechanical maintenance processes.-Effective verbal and written communication skills.-Excellent attention to detail.Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
