Logistics Coordinator

The position of Final Mile Logistics Coordinator is responsible for handling all orders, routing, deliveries, installations, and communication with assigned locations. The Logistics Coordinator is also responsible for all communication with delivery and install teams, as well as the assigned sales contacts with each client.Schedule: Saturday-Tuesday 8am-7pmPay: $19.35/hrEssential Job FunctionsManifest creationBilling for assigned locationsReview of field paperwork to ensure scope of work is completedTrack route progress as neededWork well without direct supervisionCoordinate with field teams and managersAny other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Minimum QualificationsCandidate must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointMust be able to multi-taskMust be able to type 50 WPM minimumHigh school diploma or GED requiredExtremely organized and detail orientedCandidate must be self-sufficient and able to work under minimal observationIdeal candidate will possess a "can do" attitude with a "will do" work ethicMust have the ability to work in a fast paced/high volume environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsBEWARE OF FRAUDHub Group has become aware of online recruiting related scams in which individuals who are not affiliated with or authorized by Hub Group are using Hub Group's name in fraudulent emails, job postings, or social media messages.
