Civil Engineer - Project ManagerLocation: Pittsburgh, PASalary: $100K-$180K + sign on bonus (salary depends on experience)Hiring from Assistant Project Manager to Principal. Hiring at all levelsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer - Project Manager to lead and oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of civil engineering principles, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with regulations throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget estimates.Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.Conduct site assessments and evaluations to inform design and project decisions.Prepare and review engineering designs, plans, and specifications using CAD software.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards during project execution.Manage project proposals and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.Supervise and mentor junior engineering staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management.Experience needed with relevant design and permitting experience, including earth disturbance and stormwater permitsCivil design and permitting experience related to layout, grading, stormwater, and erosion and sediment control is requiredProficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD software preferred Strong knowledge of stormwater management, land development, and erosion control principles.Experience with project scheduling and budgeting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teamsCandidates who fill out skills and questions move to the front of the application processBenefitsFull Benefits Included
