Civil Engineer - Land Development & Stormwater Design

Oxford Solutions is partnering with a growing engineering team to add a Civil Engineer with experience in land development and/or stormwater design. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is ready to take on meaningful project work, collaborate with senior engineers, and continue progressing toward professional licensure.
Responsibilities
- Support civil design projects including stormwater planning, grading, and site layout
- Prepare plans, specifications, and reports for permitting, bidding, and construction
- Assist in utility and infrastructure design for a variety of development projects
- Contribute to construction-phase tasks, including reviews, updates, and coordination
- Work closely with project managers and senior engineers to ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- 2+ years of relevant civil/site development experience
- Experience in one or more areas: stormwater design, land development/site design, grading, utility design, permitting, or construction-phase support
- EIT certification required; PE licensure a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to pick up new concepts quickly
