Our success is driven by a talented and dedicated team that collaborates to deliver exceptional results on every project.Your Role at AcoustiAs a Senior Drywall Project Manager/Estimator, you will play a critical role in leading commercial drywall projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for estimating, bidding, and managing projects to ensure timely and profitable execution while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.In this role, you will contribute directly to the success of our company by ensuring efficient operations and delivering high-quality results. You will work closely with our dynamic team and play a key part in supporting our day-to-day operations, ensuring our high standards are maintained.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Review project scope and identify risks, confirming expectations with all stakeholders from the outsetEnsure bid proposals are accurate and manage projects to meet profit expectationsOversee projects from initiation to completion, including take-offs, material orders, communication, and punch listsMaintain a solid understanding of pricing and proposal models to secure profitable projectsLead client interactions and sales efforts, guiding customers from initial contact through project closeIdentify and maximize opportunities to gain market share from competitors through consultative sellingBuild a network of qualified leads through referrals, cold calling, email, and other networking methodsManage billing and collections, preparing monthly payment requests and following up on overdue paymentsTrack and maintain control over project schedules and budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisEffectively communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams on project specifications, costs, and challengesUse expertise in drywall installation to troubleshoot field issues and anticipate challengesNegotiate material buyouts to secure the best possible pricingEvaluate and respond to customer proposals and RFPs for large renovation and CapEx projects, including reviewing blueprints, specifications, and contractsStay up to date with industry practices, materials, and installation methods, offering guidance to teams and clientsWhat We're Looking for in YouTo succeed in this role, you should have:10-15+ years of proven project management experience in commercial drywall and/or ceiling projectsStrong proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBidExperience managing commercial construction projects from start to finishExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and within a teamStrong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and coach othersPreferred QualificationsIn addition to the above, we would prefer candidates with:Associate's degree or higher in a relevant fieldExperience in consultative selling and business development within the drywall industryEducation RequirementsRequired: High School diplomaWhy Join Acousti?At Acousti, we offer more than just a job; we provide opportunities for growth and development in a collaborative, supportive environment.
