This is a great opportunity to be a key part of a laid-back but driven team where your expertise truly makes a difference.What You’ll Do: Estimating & Bidding Prepare accurate takeoffs and estimates using On-Screen Takeoff (OST), QuickBid Analyze blueprints and specs to create competitive bids Account for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead Collaborate with internal teams to align estimates with client needs and timelines Project Support Work closely with Project Managers to transition successful bids into active jobs Participate in preconstruction meetings and cost planning Assist with value engineering and project phasing plans as needed Collaboration & Communication Coordinate with clients, GCs, subcontractors, and vendors Maintain clear documentation of bids, revisions, and awarded jobs Represent the company professionally in all pre-award interactions What You’ll Need: 2–3 years of drywall estimating experience Familiarity with OST, QuickBid, and Microsoft Office Experience with structural framing and exterior systems Project experience with hospitals, casinos, hotels, and schools Average project size: $1M–$19M  What’s in It for You?
