Job Description:As an Assistant Fleet Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations for our drivers. You'll have leadership responsibilities such as managing key metrics for driver compliance such as attendance, safety scores, customer service, and adherence to company policies/procedures.A Day in the Life:The Assistant Fleet Manager is responsible for assisting and leadership of the operation of their assigned locationThe pay for this position is $20.50/hour + quarterly incentivesWhat You'll Do:Supervise the daily activities of the office (fleet, utilization, depreciation, reservations, schedules, etc).Manage all operational aspects of the location, ensuring vehicles are maintained, vehicles are assigned, and drivers are prepared for their shifts. Monitor daily workflows to address issues promptly and ensure smooth operations.Monitor, analyze and coach the team on key metrics such as attendance, company policies/procedures, safety, customer satisfaction, driver efficiency and vehicle utilization, taking corrective action when necessary.Leads end-to-end workforce management, including hiring decisions, coordinating the setup of training and safety courses, and implementing shift schedules to meet operational goals.
