We are committed to delivering projects that support essential infrastructure while fostering a professional, supportive, and rewarding workplace.Learn more at tkmgroupllc.com.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily work activities of field crews and subcontractors on hospital-based construction projects.Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to ensure efficiency and productivity.Support the Superintendent in maintaining project schedules and enforcing deadlines.Conduct onsite safety checks, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.Inspect work for quality control, ensuring all tasks meet project specifications and standards.Provide hands-on leadership and training to field staff, mentoring newer team members.Maintain detailed daily reports and communicate progress or issues to the Superintendent.Ensure site organization, cleanliness, and adherence to company protocols.Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to resolve field-level challenges.Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Foreman in commercial construction (healthcare facility experience strongly preferred).Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, including site work, MEP systems, and finish work.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scopes, and project specifications.Proven leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to supervise multiple trades.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated and dependable, with a commitment to safety and quality.A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.BenefitsMedical InsuranceRetirement Savings ProgramPaid Time Off - holidays, vacation, and sick daysMileage ReimbursementPerformance & Year-End BonusesBi-Weekly Pay CycleScheduleFull-TimeMonday-Friday, with occasional weekend work depending on project needs.LocationOnsite at commercial hospital-based project locations in the Aurora, CO region.Equal Employment OpportunityWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
