Remote in the USRole Overview:The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision support for business leaders. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams-including Product, Engineering, Sales, HR, and Finance-to deliver clear insights, accurate financial models, and data-driven recommendations that support strategic and operational objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an agile, high-growth environment.Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning and forecasting cycles, including monthly, quarterly, and annual planning activities. Build and maintain robust financial models to support scenario analysis, budgeting, long-range planning, and business case development. Partner with business stakeholders to provide data-driven insights into performance trends, variances, risks, and opportunities. Prepare and deliver clear, concise financial reports and executive-level presentations. Conduct deep-dive analysis on headcount, operating expenses, revenue drivers, product performance, and investment ROI. Support cross-functional decisions by evaluating new initiatives, resource allocations, partnerships, and operational changes. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial data across systems and reporting tools. Collaborate with Accounting teams during monthly/quarter-end close to validate expenses, accruals, and key financial entries. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate reporting, and enhance financial analysis tools. Assist with internal controls, compliance requirements, and audit support as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA/CF plus. 3-6+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy within tech or global organizations. Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and analytical tools; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) preferred. Solid understanding of financial statements, forecasting methodologies, and key operational metrics. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical and non-technical teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and priorities with attention to detail. Experience with large tech companies, SaaS, or high-growth environments is an advantage.
