Job Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Mountain View CA 94043

Duration: 12+ months (Possible Extension)

Shift: Mon - Fri 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM PST

Job Description:
  • Prepare recurring headcount reporting on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare accounting entries including reclass entries.
  • Expense tracking including PO tracking, making sure accruals are being captured accurately for the month and quarter.
  • Assist with preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly financial analysis schedules of actual vs. budget variances.
  • Support and manage customer success expense with forecasting, planning and analysis.
Skills:
  • Office/Gsuite (particularly Excel and Gsheet) skills and experience are an absolute must.
  • Detail oriented and problem solving mindset.
  • Experience with Financial Planning systems (Hyperion) is nice to have (preferred).
  • Experience with financial modeling is nice to have.
