Job DescriptionDPR Construction is seeking experienced Foremen to join our Self-Perform Division 7 team in Denver, CO. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.Traveling is required for this role. It will include: Mostly Colorado and Wyoming, and at times Texas. Per-diem will be paid when traveling outside of local Business Unit. (In this case, Denver, CO)The foreman will manage a craft team that will focus on commercial waterproofing and fireproofing scopes. This person will work closely with members of our project teams. It will be responsible for the following:Supervising a team/crew that could range from 2-10 Division 7 helpers and/or carpenters. This includes mentoring and training them.Detailed hands-on knowledge of project scope and ability to work with your tools. We are looking for *WORKING* Foremen.Reading and interpreting blueprints.Understanding building processes, systems and schedules.Being the key point of contact for the Division 7 scope. Which includes but is not limited to: Air Barriers, Sealants, Waterproofing, Firestop, Traffic Coatings, Moisture, etc.Embrace and cultivate DPR's safety culture. Will wear PPE responsibly.Ability to interact with owners/clients as needed.Delivery of daily reports, production tracking and documentation.We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage demanding Division 7 projects while producing quality work and consistently meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:Excellent communication skills. (Being bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus)Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.Ability to create and support team morale.Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and with technology in general.A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.Relevant education and certifications.
