ForemanDPR Construction is seeking experienced Foremen to join our Self-Perform Division 7 team in Denver, CO. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required. Traveling is required for this role. It will include: Mostly Colorado and Wyoming, and at times Texas. Per-diem will be paid when traveling outside of local Business Unit. (In this case, Denver, CO)The foreman will manage a craft team that will focus on commercial waterproofing and fireproofing scopes. This person will work closely with members of our project teams. It will be responsible for the following:Supervising a team/crew that could range from 2-10 Division 7 helpers and/or carpenters. This includes mentoring and training them.Detailed hands-on knowledge of project scope and ability to work with your tools. We are looking for WORKING Foremen.Reading and interpreting blueprints.Understanding building processes, systems and schedules.Being the key point of contact for the Division 7 scope. Which includes but is not limited to: Air Barriers, Sealants, Waterproofing, Firestop, Traffic Coatings, Moisture, etc.Embrace and cultivate DPR's safety culture. Will wear PPE responsibly.Ability to interact with owners/clients as needed.Delivery of daily reports, production tracking and documentation.We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage demanding Division 7 projects while producing quality work and consistently meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:Excellent communication skills. (Being bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus)Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.Ability to create and support team morale.Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and with technology in general.A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.Relevant education and certifications.
