Our 100% Mazak-equipped facility features Integrex multitasking machines, 5-axis milling, and Mazatrol controls — providing an ideal environment for highly skilled machinists to thrive.We are seeking a CNC Integrex Set-Up Programmer with strong Mazak/Mazatrol expertise to join our team.What You’ll DoDevelop and edit Mazatrol programs directly on Integrex multitasking machinesUse solid models to create CNC programs for complex partsPerform setup and first-piece inspections to ensure tight tolerance requirementsDesign workholding solutions and select cutting toolsCalculate feeds, speeds, and cutting factors to optimize cycle timesCreate robust machining processes to maximize quality and efficiencyFollow ISO standards and practice Lean 6S manufacturing principlesEnsure safe operation and use proper PPE at all timesWhat We’re Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GEDStrong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledgeExperience with Mazatrol programming (required)Hands-on experience with Integrex multitasking machines (preferred)Mechanical aptitude and strong shop math/trigonometry skillsAbility to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for long periodsPay & SchedulePay Range: $24.00 – $36.00/hour (based on experience)Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Friday 6:00 AM – 10:00 AMShift: Day shift in a climate-controlled shopBenefits401(k) with company match + profit sharingHealth, dental, vision, and life insuranceHealth savings account (HSA)Paid time off & tuition reimbursementEmployee referral programWhy Join D.P.
