Adecco is currently assisting a local client in recruiting for a CNC Machine Operator position in Brockton, MA. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity within the Production Department, offering a steady schedule, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth.

Job Title: CNC Operator

Location: Brockton, MA

Pay Range: $19 - $23/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: 1st Shift 7:00AM - 3:30PM Monday - Friday

About the Role

As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in producing precision metal and plastic components according to customer specifications. You'll set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC Milling and Turning machines
  • Manufacture parts according to blueprints, part drawings, and job traveler documentation
  • Inspect in-process and finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Perform routine maintenance and follow machine operating instructions
  • Adhere to all safety and production standards to maintain a safe, efficient work environment
Qualifications

Required:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC and/or manual machines
  • Ability to read and interpret 2D part drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of standard manufacturing methods and procedures
Preferred:
  • Experience operating ProtoTrak Lathes or 3-Axis ProtoTrak Mills
  • Background in high-precision machining
  • Familiarity with GibbsCAM or similar software

Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
