Logistics SpecialistPay Rate/Range: $27.00 to $30.00Location: Hillsboro, ORDuration: 6 monthsLogistics Specialists in the Hillsboro Warehouse and Distribution department are responsible for the execution of product logistics in a cGMP environment. This includes the receipt, storage, and issuance of GMP raw materials used in production and marketed product distribution to our customers. Other responsibilities included performing data entry into various business systems and databases ensuring department compliance with policies and procedures.Responsibilities:Accurately pick, pack, and ship product against customer ordersUsing manual labor, pallet jacks, and forklifts, move product and both GMP and non-GMP supplies to and from storage locations and delivery trucksUsing a company vehicle, transport materials and equipment between sites (if applicable)Perform all work activities in a safe and compliant manner according to all *** policies, procedures and trainingsPerform physical cycle counts of product and materialsAccess various business systems and input data with a high level of accuracy Record creation, collection and storage per corporate retention schedulesPerform department related project activity that may include investigating, analyzing, formulating possible solutions, documenting processes, and communicating resultsQualifications/Requirements:BA or BS degree in Business Administration or related fields is preferredAbility to follow detailed verbal and written instructionGood basic mathematical skillsAbility to repeatedly lift 50 lbsProficiency with PC desktop applications and business operations software system Ability to work in a highly cooperative and dynamic environmentFlexibility in assignments and able to work over-time, holidays, weekends and different shifts as required to meet business and customer needsStrong organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsValid driver's license with acceptable driving record (if applicable)Benefits:Health insuranceHealth savings accountDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountsLife insuranceRetirement planAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.#IND1225
