Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Bonita Springs and NaplesSalary: $110 - $135k+ DOECustom Condominium Build Outs and Commercial Ground-Up and Renovation projectsPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee luxury apartment buildouts and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage all aspects of luxury residential construction projects from inception to completion.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and clients.Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably in luxury condo's and commercial interiors.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Proficient in project management software and tools.BenefitsFull Health Benefits401kCar and Fuel AllowanceBonusesAnd More
