Track LeadLocation: FastTrax Entertainment – Fort Myers, FLDepartment: Attractions – Go-Kart OperationsReports To: Track ManagerPosition Type: Full-TimeOverview:The Track Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations on Florida's largest indoor multi-level electric go-kart track. This role supports the Track Attendant team, ensures guest and employee safety, and delivers an exciting, well-organized race experience every time.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and direct Track Attendants during operational hoursEnsure all safety briefings are performed and safety protocols are enforcedRespond quickly to on-track incidents, mechanical issues, or unsafe behaviorMaintain communication between the track, pit area, front desk, and managementAssist with training new team members on race procedures and safety guidelinesMonitor kart performance, assign maintenance tasks, and report service needsLead pit operations, control race timing, lights, and manage guest flowHandle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessaryMaintain cleanliness and organization of the entire track areaQualifications:Previous experience in attractions, safety operations, or go-kart facilities preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to remain calm and decisive in fast-paced, high-pressure situationsMust be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and respond to emergencies quicklyAttention to detail and commitment to enforcing safety rulesEvening, weekend, and holiday availability requiredPowered by JazzHR
