Relocation support is available.About the Business• Acquired May 2025 — now PE-backed• ~$8M annual revenue• ~50 employees• One facility in Fort Myers, FL• Work mix: 60% new construction / 40% replacement & repairThe OpportunityWe are seeking a General Manager capable of stepping into an Operating Partner–level mandate to run day-to-day operations, build structure, scale the team, and partner closely with private equity ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership• Own daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across sales, PM, fabrication, installation, and service.• Implement process discipline across scheduling, quality control, permitting, materials planning, and project execution.Team Leadership• Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~50 across sales, project management, field operations, and admin support.• Build a performance-driven culture with accountability.Sales & Business Development• Partner with the sales team to grow revenue through lead generation, community relationships, and high-quality quoting.Technology & Systems• Leverage CRM, project management, and scheduling tools to improve visibility and decision-making.Financial & KPI Management• Own cost control, margins, productivity, and capacity utilization.• Track KPIs such as backlog, job profitability, cycle time, and labor efficiency.Customer Experience• Ensure high craftsmanship and professionalism.• Resolve escalations promptly.QualificationsMust Have• 10 - 15 years progressive leadership in GM/Operations leadership within construction or trades.• Experience running or helping run a construction services, aluminum fabrication, screening/enclosure, or similar business.• Strong financial literacy and team leadership experience.• Hands-on, execution-driven leadership style.Nice to Have• Prior experience as a business owner, GM, or Operating Partner.• Experience with aluminum pool enclosures, cage/screen fabrication, welding, or specialty trades.• Strong technology adoption mindset.Benefits• Competitive compensation• Relocation support• 401(k) + matching• Health, dental, vision• Life insurance• Paid time offTo ApplySubmit your resume through LinkedIn or send it to us highlighting your experience in construction, operations, or aluminum fabrication leadership.
