This role focuses on insurance programs, contract review, claims management, and collaboration across legal, finance, and operations teams. Develop and manage comprehensive risk and insurance programs for construction projectsOversee claims management (general liability, auto, builders risk)Monitor industry trends and ensure compliance with best practicesTravel as needed to sites (25% - 35%)Proven Risk Management experienceExpertise in insurance, surety, and risk transfer strategiesBachelor's degree in Accounting, Risk Management, Finance, or BusinessFamiliarity with Procore, NetSuite, and ExcelSubcontractor Default Insurance experienceMBA or advanced degreeCompetitive compensation plus bonus and benefitsDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
