We are exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing Atlanta-based company seeking a seasoned Risk Management professional with deep experience in the construction industry to lead risk strategies for large-scale projects. This role focuses on insurance programs, contract review, claims management, and collaboration across legal, finance, and operations teams. Develop and manage comprehensive risk and insurance programs for construction projects Oversee claims management (general liability, auto, builders risk) Monitor industry trends and ensure compliance with best practices Travel as needed to sites (25% - 35%) Proven Risk Management experience Expertise in insurance, surety, and risk transfer strategies Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Risk Management, Finance, or Business Familiarity with Procore, NetSuite, and Excel Subcontractor Default Insurance experience MBA or advanced degree Competitive compensation plus bonus and benefits Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
