We strive to address their needs and meet their expectations efficiently and effectively - and we do so with integrity, insight and innovation.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Represent clients in civil litigation and other legal proceedings- Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs- Provide legal advice to clients on a range of issues- Attend court hearings and trialsDESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Familiarity with real estate, default servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections High degree of organizational skills Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities Strong time-management and prioritization skills Self-driven with ability to work independently or collaboratively, as needed Excellent and adaptive interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to providing exceptional, responsive, and time-bound client service LICENSING AND EXPERIENCE: Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES ARE DESIRABLE BUT NOT REQUIRED TO APPLY: Multi-state licensure (IN and/or KY preferred) Federal Licensure Relevant practice experience including experience in handling litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin and collections cases preferably handling creditors rights WHAT WE OFFER:Our Benefit Offerings:The following benefit offerings are available to eligible employees after 90 days who wish to enroll in coverage.
