TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer Regional Sales Associate. This position requires the ability to work in multiple locations throughout the Region. Our Sales Associates utilize their passion, high energy, and knowledge to provide a unique sales experience that meets the need of our customers in the ever-changing world of wireless. They also support local communities through the TCC Gives program, which includes 16 paid volunteer hours per year, grant requests up to $10,000 per quarter, and participation in quarterly community initiatives such as School Rocks Backpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Rescues Rock (pet adoption), and Rock the Pantry (food drive). TCC cultivates a culture that inspires and motivates Sales Associates to exceed performance expectations while celebrating differences and advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion. Drive sales and customer satisfaction, focusing on the value to all customers and conducting calls to customers seeking more information. Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay connected through Company resources. Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing responsibilities. Ambitious and self?driven individuals motivated by pursuing retail sales milestone goals. Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals. Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development. Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more; maintain a positive attitude, engage with energy, and contribute equally. Qualifications At least a high school diploma. Ability to work guaranteed full?time hours. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation and ability to work in multiple locations. Requires frequent standing and the ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods. Able to lift up to 10 pounds. Approximately 10% travel required, based on business needs.
