About the roleSeeking a mid-level Activity Security Representative III (ASR III) to provide comprehensive multi-disciplined security support at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Collateral, SCI, and SAP security activities, including classification reviews, document control, and personnel security functions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to national security by ensuring compliance with stringent security protocols and supporting sensitive programs.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence. Maintain document accountability databases and process classified mail and materials. Perform destruction of classified materials and process magnetic media for accountability. Support reproduction and administrative functions related to classified materials. Maintain logs and records for document control and facility access. Escort facility visitors and manage visitor control systems. Assist in the preparation and issuance of facility access control badges. Conduct entry and exit inspections and maintain access control systems. Perform data entry and maintain personnel security files and access databases. Support security awareness and education programs. Review and monitor security clearance processing activities. Participate in Air Force SAP security compliance inspections. Implement Top Secret control procedures for accountable materials. Prepare and process Program Access Requests and Special Access Program nominations. Conduct security system reviews and perform indoctrinations. Provide leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance for team members. Possess or be eligible for a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Completion of DoD SAPCO-approved SAPNP training if performing personnel security functions. Demonstrated ability to conduct classification reviews and manage classified materials. Strong knowledge of security compliance inspections and Special Access Program requirements. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining security databases and logs. Ability to mentor and provide leadership to team members. Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph. U.S. citizenship is required. Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
