About the roleSeeking a seasoned Program Security Representative II to provide expert multi-discipline security support for Special Access Programs (SAPs) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP security, a strong understanding of NISPOM and related policies, and the ability to conduct thorough security assessments and compliance reviews. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical national security programs with a focus on safeguarding sensitive information and supporting US military operations.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for SAP, SCI, and collateral activities. Ensure compliance with NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policies. Develop and execute policies and procedures for safeguarding classified information. Conduct security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Assist in developing and training the Operations Security program. Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews and follow-ups. Monitor and report corrective actions from compliance reviews. Brief personnel at all levels on security-related topics. Investigate and document any loss or compromise of classified information. Coordinate with SAP security personnel to update security education and awareness programs. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Certifications such as Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) count towards experience. Strong knowledge of NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policies. Ability to conduct security vulnerability assessments and compliance reviews. Excellent communication skills to brief government and civilian personnel. Ability to develop and implement security policies and training programs. Willingness to travel 10%-25% as required. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-security, on-site environment.
