Our collaborative team is growing, and we're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Biller to join us.About the RoleAs a Medical Biller Paralegal on our team, you'll be part of a close-knit group of 5–6 paralegal professionals led by a Senior Paralegal. You'll receive comprehensive training in all aspects of the arbitration process and play a key role in supporting our legal efforts to ensure fair reimbursement for healthcare providers.Responsibilities:Assist in preparing and filing arbitration documentsReview and analyze medical billing records and reimbursement claimsMaintain accurate case files and documentationSupport attorneys and senior paralegals in case strategy and executionEducational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred, or associate's degree with relevant experience in medical billing or codingMedical Billing Certification preferredRequired Skills:The ability to read and decipher medical EOBsFamiliarity with CPT codingProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and AdobeStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communication abilitiesProfessional customer service skillsStrong ability to uphold and promote the organization's core valuesFlexibility to adapt to increased workloads and shifting deadlinesPositive, collaborative outlook, and strong interpersonal skillsPrior paralegal experience is a plus, not required.
