Kingsborough Community College is located in Manhattan Beach, Brooklyn, adjacent to Sheepshead Bay with a diverse student population who attend day, evening and weekend classes.Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma with a minimum of four years related experience. Additional education may be used to meet the experience requirement: an Associate degree may be substituted for two years experience, and a Bachelor's degree may be substituted for four years experience.OTHER QUALIFICATIONSPreferred Qualifications:National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation for ServSafe Food Safety and NYC DOH FoodhandlersMinimum of eight years of experience in food service purchasing, restaurant or catering managementGood interpersonal, communications, presentation, organizational and technical skilllsFluency in all Microsoft Office applicationsAmerican Culinary Federation (ACF) certification - CCE, CEC, CMC, CPC, CCAA strong understanding of food and beverage products with the abiltiy to weight and measure accuratelyBachelor's degree.COMPENSATION$31.22 - $32.44 per hour.Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications,BENEFITSCUNY offers a comprehensive benefits package to employees and eligible dependents based on job title and classification.
