We're seeking a compassionate and reliable Instructional Aide to support students with academic and behavioral needs in a dynamic school environment. You'll work closely with classroom teachers and the special education department to help students succeed.?? What You'll Do:Provide hands-on instructional and behavioral assistance to students in classroom settingsSupport students with personal care, mobility, and therapeutic needs under professional supervisionCollaborate with educators, therapists, and school staff to deliver comprehensive student support?? What You'll Need:High School diploma or equivalentMust be 18 years or olderCurrent CPR certification (if applicable)TB screening: questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)Valid health certificate (as required by contract or state regulations)Compliance with all federal, state, and local employment requirementsCommitment to maintaining professional standards??
