The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and office support skills with high professionalism and a can-do attitude.This role will be working out of our beautiful El Segundo office.Responsibilities:Collaborate with sales teams in different offices to ensure smooth recruitment and sales operations.Assist with office-specific needs, including sales data analysis, inventory management, and customer inquiries.Prepare and review agreements, forms, resumes and other documents related to sales activities.Facilitate the external onboarding process for new candidates.Support internal onboarding initiatives for sales team members.Generate weekly sales reports to track performance metrics, revenue, and pipeline status.Create compelling job postings for sales positions across various platforms.Manage all job licensing platforms to attract qualified candidates. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.At least 1-2 years of professional work experience in an office supportive role.Excellent interpersonal, communication and administrative skills. Success Factors: Confident, articulate, and professional communication skills, including strong speaking and writing abilities.Tech-savvy and ability adapt / learn different platforms, along with word processing operations.Detailed oriented professional with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.Have a sense of urgency; able to handle all assigned tasks in a timely manner and re-prioritize as needed.Be able to take direction well and adapt to shifting priorities in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
