Cafe Manager - Winter 2025/2026Location: Brian Head Resort Department: Food & BeverageType: Seasonal Start Date: November 2025 End Date: April 2026Love creating a warm, welcoming experience and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?As a Cafe Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our grill and grab-and-go venue, serving up mountain favorites like burgers, chicken, fries, and snacks to hungry guests. This hands-on role manages a team of line cooks, cashiers, and food service workers while maintaining high standards for food safety, speed, and customer service.What You'll Do: Lead and motivate a small food & beverage team during daily operations. Maintain cleanliness, prep quality, and food safety in a fast-paced kitchen. Oversee setup, line prep, stocking, and tear-down of cafe operations. Coordinate schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure shift coverage. Triang and coach team members to deliver great guest service. Jump in on the line, register, or back-of-house as needed. Has food service or customer service experience (preferred, not required). At least 1 year of restaurant supervisor experience required. Is dependable, friendly, and team-oriented. Can work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Can stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
