Our innovative patient recruitment and enrollment solution addresses the critical challenges associated with traditional clinical trial enrollment. Based in Boca Raton, FL, we are seeking a dedicated Hematology/Oncology Account Executive to join our passionate team remotely. As a vital member of our business development team, the Hematology/Oncology Account Executive will primarily focus on enhancing Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services by actively engaging with Hematologist and Oncologist offices. Candidates with experience in the Biotech or Pharma industry will be highly valued. The Hematology/Oncology Account Executive will report to the Director of Provider Engagement and will be responsible for: Building a referral network of Hematologists and Oncologists for our clinical trial enrollment services. Conducting outreach through calls and in-person visits to increase awareness of our offerings among healthcare professionals. Maintaining up-to-date records in CRM systems, following up with physicians, and reporting outcomes to internal teams. Gathering and relaying feedback from physician offices to improve our sales, marketing, product development, and delivery operations. Fostering and maintaining positive relationships with healthcare providers. Collaborating with team members and coordinating networking efforts across departments. Evaluating market potential and providing detailed status reports. Candidate Profile: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology, preferably with reputable pharmaceutical companies. A well-established network of Hematologists and Oncologists. Willingness and ability to travel to physician offices, with reimbursement for mileage or public transport. Fluency in English and Polish. Familiarity with medical terminology and the healthcare system. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Must be a resident of Poland.
