Candidates should have a D.O., M.D., or equivalent, and be board certified or eligible in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology. This role offers an exciting opportunity to practice evidence-based medicine within a growing multidisciplinary program in partnership with Wesley Children’s Hospital. The ideal candidate will have an interest in practicing both hematology and oncology, collaborating with inpatient teams, pediatric subspecialties, residents, and medical students. Collaborate on inpatient consultations with hospitalist and critical care teams. Work with pediatric subspecialists for comprehensive care. Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Maintain board certification in pediatrics and pediatric hematology/oncology. Seek collaboration opportunities with hospital partners. Teaching – 10% Educate and supervise residents, medical students, and trainees. Contribute to Hematology/Oncology residency curriculum development. Research/Scholarly Activities – 10% Participate in scholarly activities meeting ACGME criteria, including publications, presentations, and leadership roles.
