Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and compassionate demeanor. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications efficiently. Handle client inquiries and provide information about services and procedures. Process payments and maintain accurate financial records. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care. Utilize practice management software to track client information and appointments. Promote client education and awareness of preventive care services. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a veterinary or customer service setting preferred.
