We're currently on the lookout for an experienced Pre-litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant for our Petersburg office's vibrant team.Job Duties:Managing client case files with a keen eye for detail and a heart for service.Engaging with clients through intake interviews, ensuring they feel heard and supported.Navigating the complexities of personal injury cases with expertise and empathy.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: 1+ years Personal Injury plaintiff experience.Experience in conducting Intake interviews with new clients.Experience with liens, including liens associated with ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and workers compensation.Experience with complex, high-volume cases.Experience with case management system.Bilingual in Spanish preferablePhysical and Environmental Requirements:General office environment requires sitting for long periods of time, occasional periods of standing and walking.Visual capability to work viewing a computer monitor for several hours of the day.The ability to work in an office environment around others.The ability to exhibit manual dexterity and use standard office equipment such as phones, keyboards, and copiers for extended periods of time.Allen & Allen is a firm built on integrity, respect, compassion, and trust.
