Join our passionate and skilled team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in assessing, diagnosing, and treating behavioral disorders in children. Your focus will be on crafting and executing personalized behavioral treatment plans that foster positive behaviors and enhance the overall quality of life for your clients. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive assessments of functioning through standardized assessments as well as Functional Behavioral Assessments and Analyses. Creating meaningful assessments, treatment goals, and tailored programming to meet each client's unique needs. Providing guidance and mentorship to staff while supervising the implementation of client programs. Establishing and monitoring data collection for all active programs. Facilitating Parent Training on targeted treatment goals significant to the family. Proactively addressing parental concerns regarding programming or staffing by gathering information and collaborating with the Clinical Supervisor for resolution. Maintaining flexible hours to best serve our clients' needs. Regularly communicating with the Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director during monthly leadership and supervision meetings.
