Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Spring Health ABA Center. Located in a supportive environment, this role is crucial in providing personalized ABA therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental challenges. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of fostering meaningful and lasting change in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement ABA therapy interventions based on evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to ensure effective treatment implementation.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to registered behavior technicians (RBTs).
  • Maintain accurate data collection and documentation for each client.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

  • Uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence and ethical practice.

  • Qualifications

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality in patient care.

  • Preferred experience in special education or behavioral health settings.
