Worship & Arts Director Masterpiece Church Beford, Texas A Place for Your Calling to Flourish Masterpiece Church is a place where individuals and families discover Gods love, grow in faith, and live with purpose through a relationship with Jesus. We are seeking a Worship & Arts Directorwho is called to serve the church by leading Christ-centered, scripture-shaped worship with musical excellence, authenticity, and a heart for discipleship. This role exists to help people connect with God through meaningful, Christ-centered worship while building and equipping teams that serve with humility, unity, and joy. As our Worship & Arts Director, you will guide our team of worship volunteers in supporting the misson of Masterpiece Church. What Youll Do Lead worship experiences that help people encounter Gods love, forgiveness, and hope through Jesus Shepherd and disciple worship band and production volunteers, helping them grow spiritually and musically Develop a balanced traditional and contemporary worship worship service culture Recruit, train, and mentor team members in a supportive, family-centered church environment Collaborate with the Pastoral Team to plan services that align with Masterpiece Churchs mission and values Cultivate a worship culture marked by Biblical faithfulness, trust, humility, teamwork, and excellence Participate in pastoral care, encouraging faithful obedience, spiritual maturity and joyful service to Christ. Who You Are A committed follower of Jesus, who models a life of faith, humilty and submission to Scripture. In agreement with doctrine of Masterpiece Church and Southern Baptist Convention A skilled lead vocalist with instrumental ability Experienced in leading worship within a church or ministry context Comfortable using worship and production technology (ProPresenter, Planning Center, etc) Passionate about discipling volunteers and building healthy, faith-filled ministry teams Able to lead worship that applies Biblical truth to real life, culture and connects with people from all backgrounds Why Masterpiece Church At Masterpiece Church, we believe the Bible speaks to real life and that Jesus offers the hope, forgiveness, and direction every person needs.
