If you're looking for a place where your ideas matter, your growth is encouraged, and your work truly makes an impact, you'll thrive here.Come build your career with a team that invests in you from day one.POSITION AT A GLANCELocation: Pennsville, NJPosition Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PMAddress: 454 North Broadway, Pennsville, NJ 08070Pay: $1,200 biweekly plus commissionWHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Parts Outside Sales Associate, you'll drive growth in your assigned territory by building strong customer relationships, managing orders, and providing top-tier service. You will:➤ Visit assigned customers regularly and prospect for new accounts.➤ Process parts orders, advise on stock or emergency availability, and ensure internal teams are informed.➤ Obtain Parts Manager approval for special pricing or unique customer requests.➤ Follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with Service and Truck Sales departments.➤ Maintain accurate customer records, update profiles, and track warranties and credits.➤ Attend training seminars as required and act as a public relations liaison for the dealership.➤ Maintain your vehicle, ensuring it is safe, clean, and well-maintained, and report maintenance needs.➤ Contribute at least 15% of sales from your territory monthly and help manage deliveries.➤ Work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a professional appearance.➤ Adhere to and promote all health and safety policies.WHAT YOU BRING• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, or 1-2 years of related experience. Basic computer skills are required.• Communication Skills: Ability to read and interpret business, technical, and regulatory materials; write reports and correspondence; effectively present information to managers, clients, and customers.• Certifications & Licenses: Valid driver's license required and must meet company insurability standards. ASE certification and Medium/Heavy Truck Parts Specialist certification preferred.• Physical Requirements: Frequent walking and standing; occasional sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs.
