Do you have an open heart for seniors? Do you love to come up with activities to engage people, in and out of the home? We are looking for a passionate Activity Care Partner to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating and facilitating activities for our Memory Care group.Other Primary Responsibilities Include... Helps Create, Plan, direct, coordinate, manage events and activities that promote rich living experiences for residents living within the community. The desire to have fun every day in an environment where play is as important as assisting with care Activities shall promote and address the outcomes of our "Successful Aging" philosophy to include physical and mental stimulation, spiritual needs, social engagement and life long learning. Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, making beds, serving meals, assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing, undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan Observe residents for safety and report any change of condition or other information to Memory Care Director RequirementsQualifications: High school diploma or GED, preferred Experience interacting and providing care for seniors (Highly Preferred) Must be able to pass applicable licensing and background requirements Exceptional written and verbal skills Alignment with Tenfold core values: curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention, and contribution Ability to work Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm Benefits: Medical, dental and vision coverage, eligibility the first of the month following initial 30 days of employment 401k match plan Life and disability insurance Flexible spending plan 15 days of PTO annually, with increased days after year four 6 paid holidays annually Free daily lunch Paid professional development Tuition assistance program Volunteer time off We maintain a COVID-safe environment.
