Bridgestone and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone and associate brand products and solutions to address the needs of a broad range of customers and industries.Job CategoryFinancePosition SummaryWe're currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager, Insurance & Risk Management leader to join our team in Nashville, TN.This role will be responsible for the management of all non-benefit lines of insurance. The role will lead a team of 2-3 teammates, prepare underwriting data for application submissions, lead renewal negotiations, prepare program briefing material, and maintain communication with brokers, carriers and internal stakeholders as needed.*** This role is HYBRID. In the office 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) at HQ in Nashville, TN ***ResponsibilitiesLead, develop, and mentor high-performing teamDrive key initiatives and strategy to build the insurance risk management function, team, systems, and policiesLead the day-to-day operations of the corporate risk management function, including policy administration, commercial contract risk review, and insurance claims and financial reportingParticipate as the insurance and risk subject matter expert related to M&A activities, including due diligence and post-deal integrationManage aspects of the captive insurance entity operations and reporting requirementsMinimum QualificationsBS/BBA degree in business or related field8+ years of progressive experience in Insurance Risk Management with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a large multinational companyStrong track record of building and scaling global risk management programsManaged and validated the collection of business exposure information across multiple countries and currenciesExcellent analytical, organizational and communications skillsARM (Associate in Risk Management)Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish Preferred, but not requiredAt Bridgestone, you are Free to BeWe believe people can only provide superior service and quality to others when they bring their whole self to work.
